Security Deposits and Cleaning:
$200 USD security deposit for rental of less than 14 consecutive days.
$400 USD security deposit for rental of 15 days up to 1 month, consecutively.
$70 USD non-refundable cleaning fee. Includes sanitizing kitchen and bathroom, and laundry.
Security deposits are collected upon arrival and held until final walkthrough of the condominium is completed, at which time the security deposit will be refunded provided there is no damage, missing items or excessive cleaning required. A $25 USD charge will be imposed for each missing key.
